Plot rental on Prosperity SMP is managed by the AdvancedRegionMarket (ARM) plugin. Players rent or purchase plots by clicking signs at available plots.
Finding plots
Available plots display signs showing the plot name (e.g., R001, C015), zone type, price, and status. Look for them in the city and surrounding areas.
Renting
- Find an available plot sign.
- Right-click the sign to view details.
- Click to confirm the rental.
- Build within the plot boundaries.
Rent is charged on a recurring basis. If rent is not paid, the plot returns to available status.
Extending rent
Rent auto-renews as long as you have sufficient balance. There is a maximum extension time per plot.
Plot rules
- Build only within your boundaries.
- Follow Zoning regulations for your plot type.
- Abandoned plots may be reclaimed by staff after extended inactivity plus missed rent.
- If your rental expires or is reclaimed, items from your containers are captured automatically — run
/claimitemsto recover them.
