Real estate on Prosperity SMP consists of purchasable land plots in three zone types. Plots are sold as bare land — players design and build their own structures within zoning rules.
Plot types
| Prefix | Zone type | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| R | Residential | Homes, personal builds |
| C | Commercial | Shops, market stalls, businesses |
| I | Industrial | Farms, factories, large-scale production |
Plots follow a single-letter zone prefix + 3-digit number naming scheme (e.g., R001, C015, I003).
Acquiring a plot
Plots are bought and rented through ARM plot signs — right-click a plot's sign to view its price and confirm. Some plots are also sold through auctions or direct purchase depending on availability. Check the real estate board near spawn or ask staff on Discord for current listings.
Building rules
All builds must comply with the Zoning regulations for their zone type. Key restrictions:
- Residential plots cannot operate commercial shops.
- Commercial plots must have a public-facing storefront or service.
- Industrial plots may contain large manual or semi-automatic farms; fully automatic AFK farms are prohibited (see Zoning regulations).
