Jobs are the primary way to earn money on Prosperity SMP. The server runs six careers through the Jobs Reborn plugin, each paying wages for specific in-game actions. Players can hold up to three jobs at once (the Season 0 cap).

Base wages for all six jobs were raised by 25 percent on 2026-06-10. Wages additionally increase by 1% per level, up to +50% at level 50. Real income also includes item drops, Admin shop sales, contracts, and stipends.
How jobs work
Leveling
Each level requires a fixed amount of XP. The curve is near-linear — level 50 takes approximately 50 hours of active work.

Titles
All six jobs share the same title progression. Titles display in chat and the tab list.

Use /title <job> to pin a specific title, or /title auto to show your highest. See Titles for details.
Prestige titles (Reborn, Twice-Forged, Thrice-Forged, Mythic, Eternal) outrank regular titles.

At level 50, run /prestige <job> to reset to level 1 with permanent bonuses. See Prestige for the full cost table.
