Staff investigate every report using [[CoreProtect]] logs and other server records — block changes, container access, and chat are all logged. You don't need screenshots for grief: the logs show exactly what happened. Report issues in the Discord.

Punishments scale with severity and history:

# Explain your side — honestly. Logs are checked against appeals, and honesty materially helps.
# A staff member not involved in the original decision reviews it where possible.

Appeals are about fairness, not loopholes — a clear, honest appeal for a first offense has a good chance; repeat offenses and hacking rarely do.
